Located in the West Park of Guanhai Wei Industrial Zone of Cixi City.one of the three major production bases of household appliances in China which is on the South Bank of Hangzhou Bay Bridge and adjacent to Shenyang-Haikou Highway and No.329 State Way. Cixi YIDA Electric Appliances Co.,ltd. boasts of convenient transportation with Shanghai to its North, Hangzhou to its West and Ningbo to its East.
Established in Sept of 2003, our company is specialized in not only manufacturing various types of clutches for fully auto washing machines, but also provding relevant technical supports and services.Currently our VIP customers include Jinling Electrical Co., Ltd., TCL, Shuanglu Electrical Co.,ltd. of Shanghai, Kingsun Group of Ningbo, Cofly Electrical Co,.ltd.and other large fully auto washing machine manufacturers. In addition, we are providing customized clutches for world famous brands. The yearly sales volume reaches 1 million sets of clutches, while our productivity exceeds 1.5 million.
In order to ensure the stability of our product quality, our company are equipped with different types of precise lathes, testing facilities, first-class noise lab and testing room of finished products ,and advanced performance testing machines of clutches. Most Importantly, we have a young management team who are all under 35 years old while having at least 15 years’ experience in this field. We are more than willing to learn and absorb advanced technology and management experience of their counterparts at home and abroad.
Our company strictly follow the standards of GB/T19001-2015 idt ISO9001; 2015 to establish, execute, maintain and improve the quality management system to better meet the customers’ demands.

History
Since its establishment in 2003, the company has grown at an average annual rate of over 30%. From a micro enterprise with less than 20 employees, it has grown into a medium-sized enterprise with more than 300 employees and total assets of more than 100 million yuan. Through the development of domestic and overseas markets, it is expected that the company will grow at a faster rate in the future. In 2018, the annual sales volume of clutches reached 3 million units and the production capacity exceeded 3.5 million units.

This project is the result of the joint development of our company and Zhejiang University-the parallel assembly line of automatic washing machine deceleration clutch. The company has 5 invention patents and more than 30 utility models.
