Cixi YIDA Electric Appliances Co.,ltd. is located in the western industrial park of Guanhaiwei Town, Cixi City, one of China’s three major home appliance manufacturing bases, adjacent to the Shenhai Expressway and National Highway 329 at the southern end of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. It is close to Shanghai in the north, Hangzhou in the west, and Ningbo in the east, with convenient and efficient transportation by sea, land, and air.
Founded in September 2003, the company is a specialized manufacturer of various fully automatic washing machine reduction clutches and a provider of technical services. Its products are currently supplied primarily to major manufacturers of fully automatic washing machines in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Guangdong regions, including CANDY, TCL, Shanghai Shuanglu Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., and Hanwha Group, while also offering customized reduction clutch solutions for key global customers.
The company boasts a large fleet of precision lathes and hydraulic presses, enabling it to manufacture key components in-house. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a cutting-edge noise-testing chamber, a fully outfitted product-testing laboratory, and advanced clutch-performance test rigs, all of which ensure the safety, reliability, and consistent quality of its products. Currently, the company’s existing plant covers 6,000 square meters of land and has a total floor area exceeding 10,000 square meters. A new facility under construction will occupy over 10,000 square meters of land and feature nearly 30,000 square meters of floor space, with commissioning expected before December 2014. Upon completion, the company will present a completely refreshed image, delivering even more attentive and comprehensive services to customers worldwide while significantly expanding its production capacity.
The company boasts a mid-level management team with an average of over 15 years of industry experience and an average age under 40, ensuring that the organization not only learns as it grows but also achieves sustainable development, thereby strengthening its intellectual capabilities. In addition, more than 30 young technical professionals at the grassroots level provide solid support, enabling the company to pursue growth without any concerns about talent shortages.
The company has rigorously established, implemented, maintained, and continually improved its quality management system in strict accordance with GB/T 19001-2008, which is identical to ISO 9001:2008, thereby further standardizing and normalizing quality management to better meet customer requirements. Since its founding in 2003, the company has maintained an average annual growth rate of over 30%. What began as a small enterprise with fewer than 20 employees has grown into a mid-sized company with more than 300 staff and total assets exceeding RMB 100 million. Honor and Qualifications
The company has consistently committed itself to technological innovation. While maintaining collaborative development with its supply-chain partners, it also actively engages in partnerships with universities and colleges. This project—the fully automated parallel assembly line for washing-machine reduction clutches—is a joint achievement developed by our company and Zhejiang University. To date, the company holds five invention patents and more than 30 utility-model patents.
Production Equipment
We currently operate five finished-product assembly lines, capable of assembling fully automatic washing machine reduction clutches for our main product models. To ensure product quality and maintain our reputation with customers, our workshop is staffed with numerous experienced quality-control personnel, while our Technical Quality Department has also assigned additional inspection staff to conduct rigorous testing and control at every stage of the production process.
