Through collaboration with Zhejiang University, the company has optimized the assembly process for washing machine clutches, conducted research to address key common technologies in the automation upgrade of the assembly line, and re-engineered the manual assembly line. As a result, it has now established an automated assembly line for washing machine clutches that is highly competitive in the market. This automated line is at the leading domestic level and has also enabled the company to cultivate a team of automation technicians, thereby enhancing its R&D and design capabilities.
